A new video Dan did with Le Cargo while in Paris. This time it’s Nothing Shines, a song that the band has made available for free here. It would have been overlooked that day had it not been for the insistence of their friend, Fanny.

Dan from Duchess Leo was visiting Paris in October and did a few videos with Le Cargo. He’s joined here for With Love by the enchanted choir of Maylis, Marielle and Fanny. Duchess Leo are currently recording and will be releasing new material in 2012.

C’est magnifique!

Our good pal Scott McKibben recently launched his new site Eye of the Crow where he shoots intimate stripped down performances of different artists. You may remember him from Little Horn’s “Bridges Break” video that we posted a while back. Well, now he’s back with two videos from our very own Lille shot last year in New Orleans. Check them out below!

Amid a flurry of Whale Heart activity, Pacific Theater released this video and we didn’t want it to go too long without giving the gang their due here. The Weight and Festival are tracks one and two on “Warm Light”, the band’s second record due out September 6. More tunes/videos coming soon!

Eye of the Crow presents Little Horn performing Bridges Break at the Georgia Guide Stones. Bridges Break is track two off of Little Horn’s brand new EP, Twelve. Twelve was released yesterday, July 26. You can read some early press about it here and here

We proudly present Duchess Leo’s first performance video, Bloom. Bloom is the second track on Golden Gray and appears here in live and extended form. The video was directed by the head dude hisself, Daniel Bellury. Golden Gray is out now on Whale Heart Records. Read an interview with the band on the Village Voice blog about the making of the song.
