Whale Heart Records proudly presents “Twelve”, an EP by LIttle Horn.
Twelve is the follow up to Little Horn’s first album “Such Pretty Houses” which was recorded and released in 2009. Since “Such Pretty Houses” Keith has put together a rhythm section comprised of Lille members, Rob Bellury and Steve Brown. DJ Higgum eventually rounded out the band and completed the line-up.
Twelve is available on iTunes, Amazon and of course, at the Whale Heart Store where you can stream the entire record too ! If you’re interested in the tactile experience of purchased music, we have “Twelve” on CD as well.
“This is a very good band, already, with some better than average material to work with, and if they get a break or two, and keep writing songs like “Thief,” they’ll be rolling on I-75N and playing shows all over this great big, backwards-ass country of ours.” - Impose Magazine
“I really don’t like comparing bands as I feel that this detracts from their own unique sound, but I can’t help thinking of The National and Okkervil River when listening to Little Horn’s ‘Bridges Break’. This track has the grandeur of the former band I mentioned, and the emotional resonance of the latter. Saying that it’s catchier, especially during the 1min 45 second mark, where the song comes into it’s own and becomes jangly and bouncy. All I can say at this junction is MORE! MORE!” - Stagedive Malta
