Austin is a blast. We’ve been for for just about 24 hours now and can’t believe all the fun we’re having.

Yesterday we started out chilling with our Team Clermont friends at their excellent showcase over at the Flamingo Cantina. Saw Jookabox, Dengue Fever and Califone.

Then we caught Liars at Club de Ville before heading out on a Taco quest. Took us a while (re: we got lost) but we eventually made it to Torchy’s and I had 3 incredible (and a little too large) tacos.

Later in the night I headed out to Mohawk and saw my friend Dana playing drums for the Danish and excellent Slaffenland. Then we moseyed to the outside stage to see GZA (!!!!), before capping off the night will brooklyn’s finest Bear In Heaven.
